A story spanning generations! Jean Pabiot's son and grandson, Alain and Jérôme, run Domaine des Fines Caillottes. Planted with Sauvignon grapes, the estate covers 30 hectares, divided into 30 plots of different sizes spread across five communes in the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. The terroirs, mainly clay-limestone, are therefore varied: caillottes (limestone rocks), marls with small oysters (fossilised flat stones) and flint. This diversity of terroirs gives the estate's wines their aromatic complexity. A commitment to certified sustainable development, worthy of quality!
