Since 1890, the Hubert family has cultivated two Bordeaux châteaux: Château Peybonhomme-les-Tours and Château La Grolet. Heirs to a dual heritage of winemaking and wine transport by sea, Catherine and Jean-Luc Hubert converted the estate to biodynamic farming in 1997. Their commitment continues with their children, Guillaume and Rachel, who develop natural wines without artifice. Here, only technologies that respect the wine are used: temperature control, reduced sulphites and, since 2014, ageing in amphorae and sandstone eggs. These methods reveal the pure expression of the terroir and refine the structure of the wines. Today, Domaine Hubert combines tradition and innovation to produce authentic and lively wines.
