Geantet-Pansiot is an estate in Burgundy , cradle of the Pinot Noir grape variety , founded in 1954. Since its creation, the House has grown little by little and today counts 13 hectares, now producing diversified wines in prestigious appellations of this region. , like Chambolle-Musigny, Charmes-Chambertin, Clos Vougeot or Marsannay. The cultivation there is reasoned and the vines have not seen weedkillers or synthetic fertilizers for a few years. The soils are plowed. The fermentations are carried out cold with indigenous yeasts. Finally, the wines are aged in barrels, a minority of which are in new barrels, without racking. The wines of Fabien Geantet-Pansiot, without artifice, allow to perfectly express the richness of the Burgundy terroirs.
