The estate focuses all its efforts on a single cuvée: Menetou Salon Blanc, also known as "La Charnivole". A high-flying exercise for a team of seasoned winemakers! Domaine du Grand Brussy is named in memory of Mr Brussy's great-grandfather. His estate is a legacy perpetuated by his philosophy and working methods. Now run in collaboration with Domaine Fournier Père et Fils in Verdigny ( Sancerre ), the founder's expertise is still evident in the flagship wine "La Charnivole".
