Armand Foreau wrote the first pages of Clos Naudin in 1910, with only his courage, his passion and a few vines in Vouvray as weapons. A true witness to the tenacity of the Foreau, the Clos Naudin cellar was hand-dug by Armand and will not be completed until after sixty years of hard work. His descendant André, will bring the estate to the top of the appellation until 82, in turn leaving his own son Philippe to sign his first vintage. If it is then acquired that Clos Naudin is one of the greatest whites of the Loire , Philippe, accompanied by his son Vincent since 2007, in the purest family tradition, confirm the quality of the wines and further increase their regularity. Philippe and Vincent admirably perpetuate the legend offering the tasting of free juices, masterful balance, long and gourmet finishes. A successful and mastered recipe so that the wines will last through the years. Here are some sublime wines from one of the most emblematic areas of the Loire, Clos Naudin.
