Everything is done down to the smallest detail to produce the greatest white wines here (including the renowned Blanc Fumé de Pouilly). Worthy heirs to the know-how and convictions of their father, Didier Dagueneau, the brother and sister work in the vineyard, supported by a large team - more than one man per hectare.
