Domaine des Malandes is a family estate which operates 29 hectares of vines in the Chablis region. The wines are appreciated for their freshness, their finesse and their minerality directly resulting from the famous Kimmeridgien, unique subsoil of the Chablis vineyard. With the involvement of Richard Rottiers, and the transition to organic farming under study, the Domaine des Malandes is one of the most promising areas. Previously run by Lyne Marchive, the Domaine des Malandes largely holds its place among the most prestigious in Chablis.
