Located in the commune of Beamont-Monteux, in the Crozes Hermitage appellation, a few kilometres south of Tain l' Hermitage , Domaine des Lises is managed by Maxime Graillot, the worthy heir to his father, who had built up a fine reputation both for his wines and for his work within the appellation. Fiercely independent, the young Maxime preferred to create his own structure with Thomas by buying a few acres of young vines with a very simple grape variety : only Syrah . To perfect his winemaking skills and find his own style, Maxime gained experience abroad, particularly in California, to draw inspiration and find his own path.
