Formerly known as Domaine Michaud, Domaine des Éclats is part of the wine-growing tradition of the Cher Valley, in the heart of Touraine. This vineyard, covering some 25 hectares on well-exposed slopes, benefits from varied soils combining clay, limestone and flint, favouring wines that are both precise and marked by a beautiful minerality. With a family history spanning several generations, the estate now adopts a modern approach, focused on sustainability and respect for the terroir. Now part of the Joseph Mellot group, it continues to develop whilst retaining its Loire Valley identity.
