After studying viticulture and oenology in Beaune, Olivier Tricon worked in different French wine regions, then as cellar master at the family estate. At the same time, he worked as a broker which quickly led him to found his own business. In 1998, he bought the Domaine de Vauroux, while developing his trading activity. The opportunity to be able to work 4 km from Chablis allowed him to preserve his identity and the necessary distance to work in total independence. Once his wine is in the bottle, he doesn't have much to tell, he prefers to let it speak and share it with you.
