Domaine Michel Colbois is located in Chitry-le-Fort, in the heart of Auxerrois. Michel Colbois has been producing wines there since 1970, heir to a long family tradition. Joined recently by his son Benjamin, the vineyard of Domaine Michel Colbois now has nearly 20 hectares of vines, located in the town of Chitry les Fort and in the Chablisien. The wines from this estate are produced in the Chablis and Burgundy appellations, and wonderfully reflect the minerality of their original terroir. The wines of the Michel Colbois estate are made from Chardonnay, Aligoté and Pinot Noir grape varieties, cultivated according to reasoned precepts, guaranteeing exceptional production quality.
