The family estate covers 17 hectares and has always focused on quality, thanks to limited yields achieved through short pruning, debudding and green harvesting. Located in Change in Burgundy , the estate produces mainly red wines from several appellations in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune and Côte de Beaune, as well as white wines. The work carried out, which requires a great deal of attention and rigour, is the top priority for the Nouveau family, and since August 2021, the estate has been certified High Environmental Value level 3 (HVE).
