Situated on the border between northern Burgundy and southern Champagne , Domaine Bruno Dangin is a still relatively unknown gem that has quickly established itself as a benchmark for lovers of refined and elegant wines. After more than 40 years in Champagne, Bruno Dangin and his son Matthieu decided to cross the border and settle in Molesme, thus establishing the estate in the 2010s. Set around this village steeped in history, a former Cistercian land, the estate is committed to a dedicated approach, with 100% organic viticulture and practices inspired by agroforestry. This new beginning reflects a clear ambition: to reveal the full potential of this still little-known, yet remarkable terroir. Drawing on their long experience in Champagne, the Dangins apply their proven expertise in Molesme: the same high standards in vineyard work, the same rigour in the cellar, and the use of traditional winemaking methods. This continuity is naturally reflected in their cuvées, labelled ‘Confrérie Bruno Dangin’, which express the true signature of a Champagne-based winemaker. On these chalky, stony soils, yields are limited, resulting in wines of great finesse. The crémants, in particular, captivate with the precision of their bubbles, their freshness and their elegance, perfectly embodying the revival of this unique vineyard.
