Domaine Bouton (Gilles & Sons), located in Saint-Aubin in the Côte de Beaune, is a family-run estate managed by Gilles Bouton and his son Julien, representing the third generation. Heir to the work of Aimé Langoureau, the estate now covers 16 hectares, including prestigious appellations such as Saint-Aubin, Puligny- Montrachet , Chassagne-Montrachet and Meursault . A wine merchant business has been enriching this production since 2015.The estate stands out for its High Environmental Value certified viticulture, practised with respect for the natural balance. Some of the vines, located at an altitude of over 400 metres, give the wines a much-appreciated freshness and mineral tension.In the cellar, vinification is traditional, with controlled ageing in oak barrels, allowing the terroirs to fully express themselves. The wines are renowned for their aromatic finesse, balance and lively palate, while retaining good ageing potential.Domaine Bouton embodies a sincere and precise Burgundy , combining family tradition and contemporary standards.
