Domaine Bart, located in Marsannay-la-Côte in the Côte de Nuits, is a family-run estate that has grown over several generations. Starting with around 6 hectares, André Bart enlisted the help of his children, Odile and Martin, in 1982 to continue the adventure. In 1985, the estate expanded considerably thanks to the inheritance of the prestigious Domaine Clair-Daü, reaching nearly 20 to 21 hectares today.Today, Pierre Bart, the nephew, is taking over the reins alongside Martin and Odile. The vineyard, cultivated using sustainable methods, is in the process of obtaining High Environmental Value (HVE) certification. The grapes are harvested by hand and treatments are kept to a strict minimum. The estate devotes around 18 hectares to Pinot Noir and 3 hectares to white wines, mainly Chardonnay (70%) and Aligoté (30%). It produces around 100,000 bottles per year, mostly reds, but also whites and rosés, notably from the unique Marsannay appellation, which allows the production of all three colours of wine.Domaine Bart wines are distinguished by their terroir, tannic finesse and excellent value for money. Among the iconic vintages are Marsannay villages and climats (Les Finottes, Les Grandes Vignes, Les Echezots, Es Chezots, etc.), prestigious premiers crus and grands crus such as Bonnes-Mares and Chambertin-Clos de Bèze, as well as a Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru "Les Véroilles", reflecting the richness and diversity of their terroirs.
