The son of a winegrower, Alexis works organically and 2018 is his first year of conversion. The 2021 vintage will therefore be certified organic . Alexis produces two types of wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc . The vines, which are 40 years old on average, are all located in the commune of Benais. Alexis produces one wine from sandy and gravelly soils, N°1, and another from clay-limestone soils, Terre Calcaire.
