Since 1 January 1989, the vineyard has covered an area of 7 hectares, located exclusively in the charming tourist village of Ambierle, in the heart of the Côte Roannaise. The vines enjoy a south-facing exposure at an average altitude of 400 metres, where the predominant grape variety is Gamay . Four hectares of vines are over fifty years old, requiring significant manual labour and limited mechanisation. The harvest is carried out in the traditional manner, with careful picking and sorting of the grapes to ensure optimal quality.
