Located in Scherwiller, on the Wine Route of Alsace , Domaine Achillée is a family-run estate managed by brothers Jean and Pierre Dietrich, leading figures of the new generation of winemakers committed to natural wines. Certified in organic farming since 1999 and in biodynamic farming since 2003, the estate cultivates 18 hectares of vines across a remarkable mosaic of Alsatian terroirs. The grapes are vinified using indigenous yeasts, without unnecessary oenological additives and with minimal use of sulphur, in order to preserve the purest expression of the fruit and the terroir.
