In 1987, Christian Rybinski restored the family vineyard, Clos Troteligotte. The vines are planted on south-facing siderolithic clay-limestone soils, which are among the best terroirs in the Cahors appellation. In 2003, Emmanuel joined his father. Combining tradition and modernity, they work together to promote the quality of their wine and offer you the best of their expertise. The 10 hectares of A.O.C. Cahors vines (90% Malbec , 10% Merlot ) produce a wine of character that showcases Malbec. Sustainable fertilisation, appropriate grass cover, rigorous suckering, leaf removal and green harvesting enable them to control yields and reduce the risk of disease while minimising the use of chemicals. In 2005, the estate was certified as practising sustainable agriculture.
