Clos Centeilles is a family-run wine estate dedicated to viticulture, founded in 1990 by Patricia Boyer-Domergue and continuing today thanks to the passion of her daughter Cécile Delucchi, who took over a few years ago. The Clos Centeilles wine estate is located in the heart of the La Livinière appellation, the first Languedoc appellation to be recognised in 1999. A true natural gem, the Clos comprises 12 hectares of vines and 8 hectares of nature (olive trees, groves, almond trees, capitelles, truffle oaks). To date, 23 grape varieties are grown at Centeilles, producing 11 vintages crafted with the utmost precision thanks to meticulous workmanship. With these indigenous grape varieties that have been unjustly forgotten, Clos Centeilles is a conservatory of heritage (historical, genetic, gustatory) and a creator of the flavours of tomorrow!
