The estate, managed by the Clarabella Agricultural Cooperative, is a member of the Consortium for the Protection of Franciacorta and applies the production regulations for wines with the "Franciacorta" controlled and guaranteed designation of origin.Franciacorta is produced exclusively by secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is identified by the name of the geographical area where its Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc vines grow. A single expression: Franciacorta, defines our terroir, our production method and our wine.Clarabella Franciacorta wines are characterised by their typical straw-yellow colour with greenish or golden reflections, sometimes coppery in the Reserve version. The bubbles are fine and persistent. The bouquet, characteristic of bottle fermentation, offers notes of bread crust and yeast, enriched with delicate hints of citrus and dried fruit (almond, hazelnut, dried white fig): a unique and recognisable sensory profile. The taste is savoury, fresh, refined and harmonious.
