Over the seasons and from day to night, it is very hot and very cold. Chemin de Carabote was created in 2006, taking over vines promised to the cooperative. There were 6 hectares of Syrah , Grenache and Carignan, classic Languedoc grape varieties, installed on these rolled pebbles which are the particularity of the soil, and the richness of its fruit.
