Antoine Mabileau manages the 16 hectares of Château Moulin Bellegrave in the Saint- Emilion Grand Cru appellation. His young and dynamic approach, combined with his perfect technical mastery, has contributed to the revival of this property with strict respect for its high quality gravel terroir. The quality of this wine is at the level of the greatest wines of Bordeaux. The techniques that have been used for several years are continued and refined: grassing every other row, plot selection, manual leaf removal, green harvesting, sorting of the harvest in the vineyard and in the cellar. The vineyard is managed in accordance with the practice of sustainable agriculture.
