Château Latour Camblanes is located in the commune of the same name, nestled in the heart of the Cadillac - Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Separated from Château Latresne in 1801, it offers breathtaking views of the Garonne valley and, thanks to its south-facing hillside, is ideally situated for growing vines. With Merlot dominating (90% of the vineyard), Château Latour Camblanes "Seigneurie de Camblanes" offers a flattering Cadillac-Côtes de Bordeaux style. Spread over 40 hectares of vineyards adjacent to the Château, the terroir is composed of south-facing clay-limestone slopes that allow for naturally very effective drainage. Merlot, which makes up the majority of the blend, reveals its refined and delicate profile in Latour Camblanes "Seigneurie de Camblanes". The wine has an intense carmine colour with bright red highlights. The nose is expressive and harmonious with notes of juicy black berries and subtle cocoa and smoky aromas. The palate is long, fruity and delicious, with a beautiful tannic structure and a savoury finish. Château Latour Camblanes belongs to the Castel family. The family estates are an expression of the Castel family's expertise, passion for the terroirs and commitment to responsible management.
