Work carried out over 5 secondsChâteau Ladignac is a wine estate situated to the east of the village of Valeyrac, in the Médoc, whose origins date back to the 18th century. The vineyard, covering an area of 8 hectares, is planted on 100% gravelly soil, ideal for the production of quality wines. The estate was acquired in 2006 by the Les Vignerons d’Uni-Médoc cooperative, which now manages 1,000 hectares of vineyards in the region. Since the 2011 vintage, Château Ladignac has been recognised as a Cru Bourgeois, a distinction that recognises the quality and history of this vineyard. The wine is a blend of 67% Merlot and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon , aged in vats. The estate is committed to environmental sustainability, holding High Environmental Value (HVE) certification. Château Ladignac thus embodies the traditional expertise of the Médoc, combining respect for the terroir with cooperative innovation.
