Located in the town of Fontanès, in the heart of the Pic Saint-Loup terroir, the estate covers 32 hectares of vines and benefits from a south/south-east facing terroir, between 125 and 230 meters above sea level, where there is a great interaction between the vegetation, the woods and the vineyards of the estate. The estate team manages the work of the vines and wine on a daily basis, respecting as much as possible the environment and the diversity of grape varieties, 80% of which are black. Thus, since the 2011 harvest, Château la Roque has been certified in organic and biodynamic agricultures, which allows them to make tasty, high-quality wines.
