After 60 years of various good terroir parcel acquisitions, the Château Gloria estate extends over 48 hectares and is planted with 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot . The meaning of Gloria is a hymn of praise recited or sung at mass. And the parallel with the wine from the Château of this name is inevitable given the acclaim it has received. The roughly 50 hectares of vineyard are planted with Cabernet, Merlot and Petit Verdot that grow on the sainted soil of Saint-Julien. The quality is in the drinking of the recent vintages, which display a good balance between finesse and body, complexity and juiciness. A wine not to be missed from the Bordeaux region.
