Château des Demoiselles is a magnificent 300-hectare wine estate, including 72 hectares of Côtes de Provence AOC vineyards, located in the Var hinterland, in the Esclans valley. Owned by the Bertin-Teillaud family since 1956 and formerly Domaine Saint-Michel d'Esclans, the Château des Demoiselles was renamed in 2005 as a tribute to the Demoiselles de Provence , daughters of the last Count of Provence and Toulouse, all of whom had a queenly destiny. And on the other hand to Aurélie Bertin, who officially took the reins of the estate in 2007.
