Managed by the Comte d'Assay, Château de Tracy has been in the same family since the 16th century. The vineyard has a good exposure on the slopes of the gentle hills of Tracy and Vimoy and produces captivating Pouilly-Fumé wines with impressive musky, spicy characters! It has a number of outstanding vineyards in each appellation. The wines belong to the Loire Valley but could easily rival any great white Burgundy even if the grape variety is different. The wine, Haute densité, is the result of an interesting approach to vines that have been planted with a much higher density than the average.
