The Château de Parnay is a very old property of 35 hectares located in the heart of the best terroirs of Saumur Champigny, a few kilometers from Saumur in the Loire wine appellation. It was taken over in December 2006 by Mathias Levron and Régis Vincenot who were able to use their previous experiences at the Château Princé to undertake very great efforts at the level of the vineyard and the winery, with the aim of restoring the Château's credentials. de Parnay, drawing inspiration from their illustrious predecessor, Antoine Cristal, a genius winemaker. The vineyard is made up of four islets of parcels, all located on exceptional clay-limestone soil.
