Château de Fieuzal, one of the most respected Graves wines, is produced from skills dating back three centuries by wine makers who love their craft working on an outstanding terroir. The Fieuzal family gave its name to the vineyard as well as owning the château since 1851. At the end of the last century, Château Fieuzal changed hands a number of times. But in August 2001, Mr and Mrs Lochlann-Quinn became the new owners. The huge potential of the Fieuzal 80-hectare vineyard and the couple's desire to reveal the terroir's attributes has given new energy to this estate. To direct the Château, a new talented wine maker has been appointed, Stephen Carrier, who has been striving for excellence since his arrival in 2007. With new wineries and equipment, modernity is now at the service of tradition along with the expertise to produce red and white wines that are nothing short of spectacular. When the Graves wines were classified in 1959, Fieuzal was selected for its excellent reds.
