Located in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation, it is bathed in vibrant colours and light. These inspire its rosés, which are as lively as they are elegant. At the foot of the Massif des Maures, in Vidauban in the Var, Château Cavalier shines. It is a 132-hectare vineyard in a single block, naturally bordered by the woods that surround it. Cavalier is also the name of the stream that runs through the property. Drained by the sandy soils of the various plots, it contributes to the natural irrigation of the vines. Château Cavalier strives for perfection with the help of the Castel family, who are passionately committed to preserving, enhancing and bringing this château to life.
