Château Bois Mondont Saint-Germain, situated in Saint-Germain-d’Esteuil in the Médoc, is a Cru Bourgeois that blends tradition and modernity. Its 15-hectare vineyard, with its clay-limestone soils, produces wines primarily made from Merlot (50–60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40–50%), offering balance, freshness and aromas of black fruit. The wines, aged for 12 months in barrels (30% new), are distinguished by their suppleness and elegant structure, ideal when young or after a few years of ageing. Classified among the Crus Bourgeois, the estate is renowned for its consistency and its awards, notably at the Bordeaux Wine Competition. Perfect with Bordeaux-style dishes or red meats, it is best served at 16–18°C.
