Celler Pardas is an estate situated in the Penedès, in Catalonia, at the heart of the Corpinnat. As a member of Corpinnat, Celler Pardas produces, in particular, sparkling wines in accordance with strict specifications, prioritising grapes from its own vineyards and extended bottle ageing.
