Cecilia Beretta, the jewel in the crown of the Pasqua family, was founded in the early 1980s with the specific aim of producing high-quality Veronese wines with a strong personality from the vineyards of Valpolicella and Soave. Cecilia Beretta wines are the result of a unique and, above all, ancient winemaking culture: the collaborative relationship between man and nature is celebrated in the cellar with the recovery of indigenous grape varieties, Corvina in primis. All of Cecilia Beretta's activity is focused on the production of a limited selection of fine wines , approximately 300,000 per year. This production emphasises the typical characteristics of the vineyards and the region, preserving ancient techniques such as grape drying.
