Bastide Saint-Dominique estate can be discovered in the heart of Provence , at the foot of the hills of Châteauneuf-du-Pape , facing the gusts of the mistral and under a relentless sun. Built around a former 16th century chapel, the estate was created in 1976 by Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet with a handful of plots. Over time and with a strong will, they develop their vineyard which now reaches 50 hectares in production in Côtes du Rhône , Côtes du Rhône Villages, Cairanne, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Méditerranée IGP. It is in this unique place that Eric, continuing the work of his parents since 1999, vinifies, bottles and markets all the production by combining traditional know-how with a modern approach to viticulture, both on a technical and marketing level. Since 2011, sensitive to the environmental cause, Bastide Saint Dominique has been working in organic agriculture and the wines have been certified since the 2014 vintage.
