After a few years of work and land purchases, the estate now covers 7 hectares, with 17 single-vineyard wines made from Jacquère, Altesse, Malvoisie, Bergeron, Mondeuse and other varieties. He produces all his wines biodynamically and has Ecocert and Demeter certifications. Bottles are produced in small quantities, making these artisan wines hard to find!
