MINERVOIS AOC

The appellation produces red, white and rosé wines. The red wines are generous and fruity while those from the Minervois Liviniere AOC  are more complex and need some time in the bottle in order to fully express their fullness. The grape varieties used for red wines are Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvèdre. Minervois wines are best enjoyed with succulent dishes, as many great chefs have done.
