Bonnes Mares AOC

Located to the north of the communes of Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis, Bonnes Mares is one of the prestigious Grands Crus of the Côte de Nuits. This magnificent sub-region of Burgundy produces famous Grands Crus on an exceptional terroir. The Bonnes Mares AOC covers an area of about 15 hectares, on limestone and clay soil. Since the Middle Ages, this vineyard has been known by this name, derived from the old French word "marer" meaning "to cultivate with care". This appellation, recognised throughout the world, is expressed solely by red wines made from Pinot Noir. A great wine for ageing, this wine has a brilliant ruby colour and a complex and very refined nose with notes of red fruit. Delicate on the palate, the tannins are fine and very present. Let yourself be tempted by the aromatic richness of this prestigious Grand Cru of the Côte de Nuits.

ONE OF THE RENOWNED BURGUNDY GRANDS CRUS

Grand cru located in the communes of Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis, Bonnes-Mares is located just after Clos de Tart, adjoining Grand Cru. The vineyard benefits from an oceanic climate with a semi-continental influence and limestone and marly soils. This Burgundy Grand Cru thus benefits from exceptional soil and orientation, with exposure to the east and an altitude of 250 to 280 meters on average. This red wine exclusively made from Pinot Noir, racy and very delicate presents an exceptional aromatic range.

AN ELEGANT BURGUNDY RED WINE

This prestigious appellation produces fine and elegant wines coveted by the world's greatest connoisseurs. Bonnes Mares is expressed only through red wines made from Pinot Noir: the king of grape varieties for red Burgundy wines. This Burgundy Grand Cru is characterised by elegance and roundness while retaining great tannic power. A wine often presented as a wine of silk and lace, expressing a legendary delicacy. The intensity and finesse are indeed expressed with a delicate subtlety.
