Domaine de Lathevalle has a long history linked to that of Morgon in the Beaujolais region. It is located in Villié-Morgon, in the renowned Charmes sector, and covers more than 30 hectares, all of which are mechanically worked. The decision was made to follow sustainable vineyard practices with the aim of obtaining organic certification. The cuvées are produced according to the nature of the soil and all come from old vines averaging 50 years of age, planted on sandy-clay, granitic sand or loamy soils. This is a whole aesthetic know-how, full of finesse and precision, which is passed on from one generation to the next in the strictest secrecy by the heirs of Château Lathevalle.
