The Négrette grape variety gives Fronton wine its particular perfume of small black fruits, liquorice and violets. This grape variety is today only grown in the Fronton area, which makes it exclusive. The wines of Fronton are mainly red wines, of which Domaine Le Roc offers excellent cuvées.
