IngrEdients

  • 1 lime
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • sparkling water
  • crushed ice

PrEparation

  1. Cut the lime into quarters and put them in a tumbler.
  2. Pour in the sugar.
  3. Add six mint leaves and crush with a pestle.
  4. Add the crushed ice and remaining two mint leaves.
  5. Fill with sparkling water.
  6. Mix with a cocktail spoon before tasting.
  7. Add two straws.
