The Cellier des Demoiselles was created in 1914, just before the First World War. The origin of the name is a tribute to the young women of the village who, in the absence of their men, did everything possible to preserve the wines and the terroir. Today they continue their history by making wines in their own image: Fruit and flowers on certain cuvées and character and power on others. This reveals all the elegance and typicity of a terroir. The 160 winegrowers are all united and driven by a constant quest for quality and a passion for vine growing and wine making.
