Domaine Pellé, in Morogues at the eastern end of the Loire Valley, is deeply connected with its soil. The domaine's cellars run under its beautiful parcel known as ‘rouge des Cris', very close to the village. In the surrounding area, on the Menetou-Salon and Sancerre appellations, they observe, work and tend nature to get the best from it on each of their parcels. They think about, taste and make wine everywhere they go. It's what they share with their friends and customers - ideas, drinks and the flavour of the earth. "Our desire is to express unique, rich terroirs all around us. Our main aim is to achieve quality fruit and harvest it when it's perfectly ripe. The individuality of each terroir is nothing without the very precise work on the vines."
