A family history... Yves Lambert created the estate in 1996. At the age of 47, he decided to change his life and return to his roots in the Saumur region. From the outset, he had the ambition to express the terroirs of Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg in the heart of the Saumur Champigny appellation as accurately as possible, whether with Cabernet Franc or Chenin . Arnaud began his career as a winemaker in 2005 alongside his father, continuing to pursue this goal of quality. 2009 marked the transition of the vineyard to organic farming, as well as the acquisition of eight Clos de Chenin and Cabernet Franc vineyards in the commune of Brézé. In 2018, the estate embraced biodynamics: working closely with the terroir and developing a sensitivity to the micro and macrocosm. Finally, 2019 saw the emergence of new Clos in the commune of Montsoreau at the foot of the Loire .
