Work of the prestigious Navarre architect, Mr. Fernando Redón Huici, winner of the Prince of Viana Prize for the Arts in 2003, construction began in 2002. It is a modern cellar, made of noble materials and fully integrated into the environment. The cellar is made up of 4 juxtaposed modules, located in the form of a checkerboard, with a total surface area of 1,300 m2. We have our own bottling line, with a capacity of 1,500 bottles per hour, isolated from the rest by glass doors, which guarantees the cleanliness and asepsis necessary for this process. In addition to the production and ageing modules, it has a social module of 510 m2, used for wine tourism activities, tastings, meals.
