The breathtaking 16th century wine estate of Mas de la Dame is located in Les Baux de Provence , a charming medieval village perched atop a rocky outcrop in the south of the Apilles. The Mas de la Dame belongs to Anne Poniatowski and Caroline Missoffe who, with the consultant Jean-Luc Colombo, redefined the potential of the cellar: no insecticide or herbicide is used. Copper and sulfur contents are limited. The soil is worked by plowing and enriched by the application of manure of organic origin.
