Passionate about the southern soils and more specifically Languedoc-Roussillon , it was only in 2009 that the first vines were acquired and the Salveterra estate was created. The beginning of a story that opens up to all the appellations of Languedoc -Roussillon. The desire sprouted and then over the years grew: to discover and share the great terroirs of Languedoc-Roussillon. To do this, the quest for the most beautiful terroirs, the most beautiful vines, the most beautiful grapes is permanent at Guillaume Gangloff. And for the House, “The quality of our wines must be the witness.” With a great diversity of soils, climates and exposures, the Great AOCs of Languedoc-Roussillon are marked by the 7 crus that define the quintessence of the vineyard. Guillaume Gangloff wines are worthy ambassadors of this. They carry regional values marked by history and resolutely turned towards the future. Southern grape varieties such as Syrah , Grenache , Carignan, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris are mainly represented. All the wines are the result of passionate work where nothing is left to chance. The Domaine is attentive in every respect in order to produce wines that meet the promise made to each person, whether a neophyte or an expert.
