It is indeed straddling these departments that the Saint-Joseph is located. In red or white, the wines are easy to drink, pleasant in their youth, fully ripe from 4 to 6 years old. Member of a cooperative until 1989, Louis Vallet withdrew and created the estate in 1990. His son Anthony joined him ten years later, and it was the beginning of a new horizon with the creation of a cellar and a cellar in 2001, the expansion of the cellar for white wine vinification in 2009.
