In the private cellar, Luc Pélaquié and his team passionately produce Tavel and Lirac, Côtes du Rhône villages Laudun and Côtes du Rhône regional appellation. The estate also produces high quality red and white Vin de Pays. About ten different grape varieties are cultivated on the farm; Grenache , Syrah and Mourvèdre mainly for the reds and Grenache Blanc, Clairette , Viognier and many others in white. Luc Pélaquié likes round and rich white wines and he knows how to make them brilliantly. He has this extraordinary patience to succeed in a harvest late in October because it is the guarantor of white wines with a nose that is both intense and fresh and persistant on the palate. We also make excellent red and rosé wines. Passionate about our profession, we try to create subtle and daring blends every year. Pélaquié wines are today renowned and appreciated all over the world.
